    We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our expanding UK team.

    You will be an experienced Human Resources Manager with a broad background in both operational and strategic HR.


    In the short term you will be replacing our current HR Business Partner who will be on maternity leave and will support both the Agenus and AgenTus Therapeutics entities. On her return, the role will then be split into two, and you will then support the Agenus team.

    In this role you will be responsible for all strategic and operational HR including:


    • Recruitment:
      Support Hiring Managers throughout the talent selection and hiring process. Manage recruitment process through entire process: Search strategy, interviewing to offers

    • Talent Rewards:
      Ensure alignment of internal compensation and benefits with the external market and maintain equity within the organization.

    • Talent Optimization & Development:
      Drive the local performance management process. Support Managers in coaching and mentoring employees. Lead local talent reviews and work with Senior Managers on where to best place and develop talent as well as organizational development.

    • Strategic Business Partner:
      Actively participate as member of the Site Leadership Team. Lead and support all strategic people related initiatives and
      change processes. Drive employee engagement and motivation. Lead the delivery of yearly HR activities including talent reviews and succession Management.

    • Employee Relations:
      Deliver HR support and guidance to all members of staff on-site. Support in resolving conflicts and coaching of employees. Build and establish working relationships between internal and external clients.

    • People Related Projects & Processes:
      Support global implementation of HR projects and processes. Ensure alignment of internal policies and procedures with external. Develop and maintain UK policies.
    • HR Operations:
      Maintain HR reports and any other HR related topics. Manage external relationships with vendors. Manage payroll process, ensuring correct payment of salaries and delivering appropriate data to Payroll provider.


    • A strong track record as an HR Generalist with at least 5 years’ experience
    • Experience working in an international organization preferred
    • Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, systems and employment legislation
    • Possesses a relevant HR qualification
    • Excellent organization skills, and good attention to detail
    • Able to communicate effectively across all levels
